At Bio-Tuning, every Nexus Shirt is individually handcrafted and prepared with care.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day period through our contact page or by email.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in its original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Show no signs of damage, alteration or excessive handling

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes and import charges are non-refundable.
